Pierre-Mary, originaire du nord de la Bretagne non loin du Mont-Saint-Michel.\u00a0<\/h6>
Tr\u00e8s jeune, j\u2019ai su forger mon go\u00fbt pour les boissons artisanales \u00e0 travers mes premi\u00e8res distillations de cidre avec mes parents \u00e0 Bazouges-la-P\u00e9rouse. Par curiosit\u00e9 et par envie d\u2019apprendre, j\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9cole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Dinard, d\u2019o\u00f9 je suis ressorti avec l\u2019id\u00e9e de voyager pour d\u00e9couvrir d\u2019autres techniques de cr\u00e9ation et savoir-faire. Ces exp\u00e9riences m\u2019inspirent chaque ann\u00e9e pour concevoir les cartes de cocktails du Caf\u00e9 Chabot et du restaurant l’Auberge Augustin Pouzat.<\/span><\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Je suis profond\u00e9ment attach\u00e9 \u00e0 cette terre qui m\u2019a vu grandir, \u00e0 ses saveurs, \u00e0 ses traditions et aux moments de partage qu\u2019elle inspire. La cuisine a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de ma vie, transmise par mes grands-m\u00e8res, Mich\u00e8le et Bernadette, deux cuisini\u00e8res passionn\u00e9es qui m\u2019ont appris le respect des produits et le plaisir de rassembler autour d\u2019une belle table.<\/span><\/h6>
Aujourd\u2019hui, j\u2019ai la chance de faire vivre cette passion au Caf\u00e9 Chabot \u00e0 Aigu\u00e8ze, o\u00f9 chaque service est l\u2019occasion de mettre en valeur les richesses de notre terroir.<\/h6>
En parall\u00e8le, je suis \u00e9lu \u00e0 la commune d\u2019Aigu\u00e8ze et membre du Syndicat de Gestion des Gorges de l\u2019Ard\u00e8che (SGGA), o\u00f9 je m\u2019engage pour la pr\u00e9servation et la valorisation de notre patrimoine. Membre de la Confr\u00e9rie des Bateliers de l\u2019Ard\u00e8che, je reste profond\u00e9ment li\u00e9 \u00e0 cette r\u00e9gion qui m\u2019inspire au quotidien.<\/h6>

Notre rencontre scelle le destin de la Maison des L\u00e9gendes des Gorges de l\u2019Ard\u00e8che. Notre maison ne vend pas seulement des recettes, mais transmet des histoires, des l\u00e9gendes ancr\u00e9es dans des produits de qualit\u00e9.
